How Often Should my Bearded Dragon Shed?

Bearded dragon shedding is mainly dependant on the size and growth rate. Younger Beardies will shed more often, commonly every few months compared to adults which only shed once or twice a year. Bearded dragons in general do not have a lot of shedding problems, so it is generally not recommended to keep record of its occurrence.

  1. I've had mine for just over a month. One has shed twice, the other has shed three times.
